Starting from August 2023, the Centre of Excellence in Game Culture Studies will welcome Elina Koskinen as a new Main Research Coordinator as Usva Friman will move on to other projects. 

Elina Koskinen is a doctoral researcher at Tampere University Game Research Lab, currently finalizing her dissertation on memorable Pokémon GO player experiences. She has been studying various topics within game studies, such as free-to-play games, location-based games and ethics & game design.
